One piece of course work in UX class as part of a web developer certificate is a WAAD. This shows a very simply stylized WAAD based off of my thoughts on my current phone. While I could have been more expressive in it, creating this made me look into my phone and what I’d want for one in the future. For example, the issue of random apps showing up in updates is not a consequence of Samsung, but rather a consequence of Verizon as a carrier. I wouldn’t know this with out having researched this. Outside of that most issues, highlight either gaps in my user knowledge that would enable me to use my phone more effectively, or potential areas for improvement in future phones.
